was out ice fishing over the weekend and it wasnt bitting so decided to check the oil on the phazer,i pull off the side pannel and notice the wire is not plugged into the dipstick,is the motor suppose to run with that wire unplugged,my rx wont start if its not plugged but the phazer does, not sure if i forgot it last time i checked the oil or did it come undone by itself,
Uh my RX in fact both of them start with the oil filler harness unplugged.
so,what does that wire do,is it just for the oil light
I do believe it runs the low oil dummy light and if the oil gets to low it will shut down the engine.
thanks,i thought for sure that it had somethin to do with oil pressure and had to be connected for the engine to start, will doublecheck if my warrior starts without it but if i remember correctly, it didnt
