- 2019 Yamaha Sidewinder X-TX LE 141
We've had multiple Yamaha XTX models in our group for years (an Apex XTX, a Viper XTX 141", and currently two SideWinder XTX 141"). We've been out on ungroomed logging roads and other areas with snow coming over the hoods without any issue. As long as you have momentum and are smart where you stop (don't stop facing up a hill), a 141" track with the Cobra (1.6" lugs) or Backcountry X (1.75" lugs) will do just fine.
XTX is the only way to go from tight twisties to deep & fresh
3' fell over night and this thing walks through it with stock 1.6" track even pushing snow over the windshield.
Add a turbo and leave everyone in your group behind!!!!!!!!
