There are vids on removal, but none on install, any tips on what to strap down,or remove, how to lift sled,at an easy angle, and what to do to the skid once into front shaft? It seemed last year when we did it,first time,we fought with the sliding front of the skid to get it up onto the shaft with those cup style torque arm design, and seemed we had to strap it in place in order to hold it,and install rear up into drop link. More than likely one man cant do it along.

Pete, I've done it myself a few times, I don't have a video but I can tell you a few tricks that work for me.
Back off the rear axle all the way.
Remove springs from holders.
I compress the rear with a ratchet strap.
Slid it in the track, then I raise the back up some and get the front cups on the shaft then lower the rear and it's easy to line up the bolts.
Works for me... Took a few times to get it figured out but now it's a piece of cake.
I rigged up an ATV winch with a remote so I can raise or lower the rear while I'm trying to line up the holes. Makes it easy to do alone.

Good advice DMCTurbo.
I've done just about the same steps and have been able to install the rear skid with hardly any cuss words following your steps.
These AC skids are a lot easier to remove/install than the monoshock skids that I'm used to.
The only thing I will add is to put some plywood or cardboard down on the inside of the track while you're trying to slide the skid in the track so the bottom of the skid doesn't catch on the inner track lugs.

^^^x3. That’s basically what I do. One man job. I use one of those roll up plastic sleds to slide the skid in and out of the track. Think they’re called magic carpets

Excellent idea which I will add to my routine cause that's the trickiest part getting it over the inner lugs. Thanks!Good advice DMCTurbo.
