If the hand warmers on 2013 nytro xtx have a fuse , i have the left side not working . i looked thru the whole parts book and they donot even mention or show the hand warmers .. they show the thumb warmer assy. with the throttle. I looked at the wires and they all look good..

The hand warmer are listed under "control cable" in OEM parts.

You probably have one burnt out grip warmer. Seems like a lot of 2013 guys are having that trouble this year. One of the small element wires inside the grip is most likely broke or shorted out. Not sure if warranty covers that or not.

this is from an older manual so resistances may have changed with the newer grips.
