I was out riding on Saturday with a bunch of friends who all ride Polaris and one of them rides a RMK 900. As far as climbing I could stay right with him. The snow where we was riding is like spring snow and all tracked up and NO snow in the forecast, which really sucks.
We got to a meadow that was about 1/4 mile or so long and my buddy on the 900 wanted to drag race. I beat him by 3-4 lengths and I was still gaining speed 95 mph when I let of the throttle. He could not believe how fast the Apex was.
My Apex is all stock, no mods at all. The Polaris has a lightweight can and has been lightened in other places.
He still does not want to buy a Yamaha, he will always be a POO rider.

The 07,s mountain apex,s have an issue; for some reson they are stupid fast. Call yamaha & complain!!!
