What have you been driving over?

reverse gear slips in & out with bad grinding,
SO ADJUST IT SO IT DOESN'T!!!!

steering joints are stiff and squeaky due to no grease fittings,
If it really bothers you, drop some oil on them.

all front bushings in A arms are shot
I really doubt this. They are loose when they come new. Normal and nothing to worry about.

Injector or valve train noise (not sure of this noise yet?)
reduction gear PTO shaft. Normal and nothing to worry about.

just talked to dealer today after bringing it in, I must first verify that my list of problems are over the 7000 km period and not all from one trip.
Looks like broken suspension parts were caused from not having the front bump stops installed, this was corrected for the last 4000 kms.
Reverse gear has been adjusted many times, found out a bunch of parts are being replaced under warranty in chain case.
Front bushings are worn, a couple need to be changed.
I do know what reduction gear and PTO shaft noise sounds like, and they are suspecting valve train problem.
All in all, the exhaust manifold has cracks in it and will be replaced with a 3 week waiting period for the part.
The total warranty work is over $3000 US, luckily all of it will be covered.
I am just very grateful now that I was able to buy in the States and that I was able to buy a YES extended warranty. Looks like my season on my APEX is over, now must finish mine on my XCR 800.

I wish i could ride that many miles on a sled..

Here is a tip to make it last longer

QUIT BEATING THE CRAP OUT OF IT!!! LOL
