Dupont Sliders

my dealer just got a set in. he sold them to me and putting them in today. they have little holes in them, mybe to hold snow when there isnt any. I GOT 900 MILES ON THE FIRST SET 2011SE. I THINK I WILL PUT A MARK ON THEM SOME HOW, A GRIND LINE ABOUT 1 INCH LONG IN THREE SPOTS SHOULD DO IT

Figure out the mm or sae measurement and use a open end wrench to check the wearing with. When the wrench fits on the slide it's time to change.

So I have a 1.25 ice ripper track clipped on every 4th Bar can I use these new slides???

I always harden my sliders first before install with map gas,[get them hot].heat-cool-heat-cool-heat-cool on snow or a spray bottle with some ice cold water.i do this cycle 10 times, they last a very long time in general use and all sorts of conditions we all run over at times>dirt,snirt,ice,pavement..and when i get there they can take the heat.not going to spend $$ on these slides,im sure they work but there a wear item...
