The smaller middle idler wheels on mine still are not moving, with about 1k miles. What I mean is they have not worn at all yet. I'm running a fully clipped cobra track though, not the stock track which isn't fully clipped. Yes, they are worth it!

Are they a Yamaha part or aftermarket?

They are a Yamaha part. They are listed on in the accessories section on the Yamaha webpage.

Burned through two sets of slides in 1900 miles, then put on larger idler wheels and now have just over 6300 miles on this set of slides. Only half way worn down. They are arctic cat wheels so I guess I've been riding a yamacat since 08.

I will be putting a 1.75 backcountry track on this year so I will be changing slides at the same time. I have got 4000 km approx with polaris wheels on. Is it worth spending the extra for Dupont or just order the cheaper slides considering I get this many km out of cheap slides. Keep in mind I will be running the 1.75.
