Has anyone else had this issue with their Vector? When I first got the sled I noticed the track howl. This is different. Went for my second ride of the year and came back home after only 15 minutes because I forgot my ear plugs. I then couldn't find any ear plugs so I squeezed my head into my wife's helmet and went back out. Guess what? The noise was tolerable. I've been riding with a Bell Moto 7 and a 7R for several seasons now and it appears those helmets are contributing the problem.
My Vector has a fully clipped Ski-doo track, M-10 and a white knuckle exhaust. With my Bell the sled just emits a terribly annoying resonance that sounds like your ears are ringing. I've also noticed the same thing with my Nytro but it is not as bad.
Anyone else experience this?

Are you sure it's the sled?
Just kidding. You should try my 05 rs venture once. Now that thing will drive you nuts, ear plugs or not. It's something I just got use to.

Yes, there were quite a few complaint threads about it. Most guys just wear ear plugs. I don't believe there is a "fix" for this.
