For those who still need to be convinced----

This is with a 23 top gear Warrior with 3800 miles and kitted. Stock clutching. Prior to kit 17.5 mpg was best.

80 mile rail bed with gas at each end. At 70 to 80 mph got 19.2 mpg (imperial)
Return trip next day with better trail conditions ran 65 mph to compare and got 19.1

If you want to sacrifice some torque you could gear up and probable get between 20 and 21 mpg. With the torque improvement with the kit you would sure piss off fellow stock 4 strokes at the pump with equivalant performance off line but will give 5-7 mph on top end over stock.

Thanks again Freddy (he may be getting tired of hearing this)

Freddy, I have been reading about your kit for a while now and I have a few questions that I have not seen adressed here:

1.) How much louder is the sled with the airbox off and the filters in place of it? As loud as a stock 2 stroke? As loud as a piped 2 stroke?

2.) What is the cost of the kit and how difficult is it to install all of this in your sled?

3.) Would you recommend breaking in the engine before putting the kit on it?

4.) If I don't like the added noise or wish to sell the sled how difficult is it to switch back to original configuration.

Thanks,

QC

NOT LOUD AT ALL-WAY LESS THAN A 2 TWO STROKE WITH GUTTED AIRBOX
ITS THE BEST POWER GAIN FOR THE DOLLAR YOU CAN GET
VERY EASILY INSTALLED/UNINSTALLED
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST
FREDDIE IS WAY COOL

Hey waterboy, There was no way to get to the radar runs from where I was at last week so we rode from the Portage and went north. Well I guess I could have put the sleds in the trailer and broght them to Nippising. We might be coming back up as I just heard you guys are getting hit with some of the white stuff. ----- Cubby

QCRider, a guy I ride with summed it up best, He said "you can feel it more than hear it". He should know, I blow by his ultra enough. More of a low pitch rumble compared to a piped 2 stroke. I have the ecp kit w/the evac mod. Freddies kits are awesome. Best bang for the buck.
