Has anyone tried to connect a line between the sensor in the air box and each of the ports used to sync the EFI, put the guage in barometer mode and tune away????

interesting....

I just checked sync, and mine were very close. Haven't gone further.

nos-pro, what method did you use, the conventional method, or this new idea?

I'm curious to know this too. I don't own a manometer, so I have an appointment at the dealer to get my injectors synch'ed. They are charging me $79 bucks, and I have no idea how difficult it is.

I have a manometer and synched mine at around 500 miles. They really didn't need to be synched because they were almost right on. It is a pain in the butt to do because the vacuum is hard to get at. It takes about an hour because you have to take the headlight pod off and the bracket that holds it then if you remove the air box it's easier to get the vacuum lines for the manometer connected. If I had to pay a dealer I wouldn't bother almost ever sled or motorcycle I have done the initial synch on has been near perfect and not really needing adjustment. I don't know of any way to synch the FI using the barometer????

I did the vaccum mercury gage. Is there somthing better?

we'd all like to know!

That's basically what I used.

Mine were close, but will check again before asphalt season to see if they changed.
