My problem was/is no lights, or instrumentation. Figured out that the ground wire (brown with white) from the main relay switch to the CDI box is bad. Has anyone tore into the harness to find such a problem?? Looking for a hint as to the most likely location of a break inlieu of going form one end to the other on the harness.

The 03's had a problem with pinching wires in the steering column when turned all the way one direction the wire was getting pinched in between the steering column and the stop. Pull your handlebar cover and check in there first
