Your XTX is one I always like to follow, if I had one it would be done very similar.
What width Zbroz arms are those?
Ohlins are the way to go, I loved mine!
Also looks like more ski pressure with the front so low. Guess it depends on how you have your rear skid front limiters and shock setup. Also with the front so low it might affect the camber of the skis, riding on the inside heal of the C&A more. Just stuff to think about.
ooo ya I think you need one or two more bikes on the wall

43" ski stance.
Those are my old shocks off my SRX that I used to mock up the front end. It would probably be fun to see how they handled, you can adjust the camber on the Z-broz stuff. I have big boy Ohlins I am installing.
Regarding the bikes...I have a tough time getting rid of any toys and of course you always need backups. Just like sleds.

Old yamy 3 wheeler in the back round brings back injuries lol..
Nuclear boards
The tail flex bugged me. I couldn't find a solution for sale for the XTX. So I made my own design. In combo with GYTR fishbones they are really rigid now. Was able to use 4 existing rivet holes per side. 2 on top plate, 2 on floor boards.

Nice work, they look like they would definitely stiffen things up!

350 mile test ride.
I am running the z-broz 43" front-end with their recommended 18.375" shock length vs the stock shock length of 17.5". I had issues with the tie rods hitting the sway bar mount and the sway bar with the stock links at full drop out. I trimmed the internal mount tabs on the sway bar and Z-broz lengthened my links from 2.5" center to center to 3" to fix the problem. I would imagine you will be fine if you run the shorter shocks.
The combination of Z-broz wider front-end and the Ohlins shocks is extremely stable. Brian Jowett did a great job on the Ohlins with PDS. They ride better and so far seem to handle the big stuff that I was having trouble with last year on the Hygears. This thing begs you to hit things harder and faster. The the combo of Ohlins front and back is very impressive. If you want bad a## shocks contact Bjowett, he knows Ohlins.
The sled works really well when driven hard, if you take it easy in the tighter stuff the steering effort is more than I would like. I tried a Z-broz front on another XTX last year and I thought it steered easier. Z-bros did change the geometry slightly by sweeping the spindles forward more from last year (more castor). This may have increased steering effort. I am thinking about trying dual runner carbides with my C&A xtx's to take a little of edge off.
The Ulmer K&N setup is sweet, I picked 150-250 RPMs with the combo of plugs and filters. Throttle response has improved and I love the beautiful music they produce. I have no foam in the body panels and a Roest vent at the gauge pod so you definitely hear them over the same setup last year minus the filters. I find myself self on/off throttle a lot just to feel the awesome acceleration and sound. I will try adding a gram of weight to the tail to get the R's down a little. I was seeing 9150 RPMs at times with the same Drag and Fly setup I used last year without filters and plugs.
One thing that really pisses me off is that I broke another limiter strap. What a terrible design. Luckily I had a spare. I think I have a solution but will likely not get done until the off season.
