http://www.ulmerracing.com under the instructions page is installation instructions for the clutch kit. Also in the plastic bag with the weights is an instruction sheet telling you where the weights are currently set at and what position to put the secondary spring in.

Will do, I plan on installing the header and clutch kit sometime this weekend between grooming and riding. We received ten inches yesterday so we will see how that goes.

All easy installs. Just one word of caution from my own experience, you should replace all three exhaust donuts when installing the new header. These are weak to begin with and using them twice will only cause you problems with exhaust leaks. I know because I ran the same setup on my Vector and DID NOT replace the donuts only to have them leak a few hundrd miles later. It's only $30, too.

You installed the excell header, but what did you put on for a muffler? Did you reuse the stock one? I was wondering if i could get by puting a bike exhuast on with out buying a header? Anything helps... Thanks

Do you happen to know the diameter of the stock header? OR what did you use to connect the header to the bike-exhaust? I would be using a D&D exhuast off an r6 and I believe the pipe that connects my exhaust to my header is 2"(thats on the motorcycle)....Thanks...
