I saw that as well but maybe a fluid transfer flex could work for exhaust. Call them a see what they say.

Vibrant performance builds the little flexes... But just weld it solid

The Nytro flex pipes are smaller.

Does anyone have pics of their sled with the nytro joints intstalled. Curious as to how they fit in.

They are bigger in OD than the Nytro.

So the nytro piece would not be a direct bolt/weld on then?

To get by I just bought some of the cheap flex pipe from a local parts store. Lasted about 150 miles before one side broke on Saturday. I still had a leftover chunk so I fixed that. I'm going to try to just ride it out until the season is over (work and school are going to start taking a lot of my time real quick).
I have a buddy that works at a machine shop and he said he would weld a couple of these in for me.

I have the same problem as henks, have you come up with a long term repair?

That looks like your best bet short of picking up a used exhaust off of eBay...

To get me through the rest of the season I just bought some of that cheap exhaust flex pipe you can get at your local auto parts store. One cracked on me again, so I put in another piece. This summer I'm going to have a friend weld in two of those braided exhaust flex joints that I linked to in an earlier post.benjamingvsu said:I have the same problem as henks, have you come up with a long term repair?

So I did a bunch of searching online, and stopped in quite a few parts stores around...and I can't find any place that has those flex joints small enough. Most car/truck parts stores can only go 1 7/8" diameter, some 1 3/4". Online I can only find a place that has them at 1 1/2", which is still too big.
So, anyone have any other ideas (other than buying a whole new exhaust)

I just completed install of 3 stainless flex pipes on 09 nytro, tough install but they work great. Bought at Toronto sled show $50 each
