Hey I just picked up a 2012 Apex xtx and wondering what aftermarket exhausts are available or any mods that ppl have done and worked. I've googled a little bit and I've only seen mbrp so far. Is there anything else available?
Thanks
Thanks

Yeah that's def more like the sound I'm going for. Nice. What brand is it ?This is what i have on my 14 se apex. I also have ulmer/s airbox mod and fuel programmer and clutching. Not sure if the fuel programmer is needed with just the exhaust or not. Travis from barn of parts has a used one if you like it.

Right on. I'll look into them and see if the fuel controller and stuff is needed as well. Thanks for the reply

I don't believe hauck has these anymore but like I said barn of parts has one just have to get the one for 2011 and up not 06-10. Merry Christmas yourself. Knock on wood dec hasn't bothered me yet for being to loud. Actually get thumbs up

The 11+ Apex sleds were very lean up top, even a stocker benefitted from a fuel controller with a decently programmed map. If you are altering the exhaust, intake, or both, I’d strongly suggest you get yourself a programmer mapped accordingly.

Any input on a programmer that's easy to install and not terribly priced? The 11+ Apex sleds were very lean up top, even a stocker benefitted from a fuel controller with a decently programmed map. PC5 for programmer.
I'd also take a look at the Bender exhaust. Few more hp than MBRP and a little quieter I believe.

I ran PCIII and IGN module on my ‘06 Apex’s, ran a PCV on my ‘11. Both sleds had Ulmer maps built around my set ups, both sleds would show a stocker my snow flap.

Yeah I loved the sound of my Hauck ! But after a long day I wish it would shut up lol ! So I went back to stock , took programmer , headers , muffler and intake off and put it up stairs .. they will give you a ticket for being too loud with no if and or buts ! But I’m thinking of making a silent choice like the boat and have it when I want it ! If your handy you can get any good slip-on that make them for streetbikes and have it customized to fit and it will sound killer for much less then Hauck ! But fuel controller is a must if you want to get full power and reliability!

Hauck without the insert was EXTREMELY loud.
I still see Excell pipes around.
Call up Barn of Parts then match components to whatever he has.
Ulmer had an EXUP eliminator & can help you & i think Hurricane still sells a whole kit/set-up for 2010 and up.
