I have an hindle slip on with a custom made Y-pipe from headers to the slip on.

That pipe is 2" outside diameter and it bends toward up to exit behind the seat.

Unfortunately, it was not mandrel bent (there is no shop here that will bend pipe using a mandrel.) and the pipe is 'squished' to 1.75" where the bend is...

Will this create a lot of backpressure due to a too small diameter pipe?

It currently have the stock rx1 muffler which has two 1.5" external diameter (so it should flow better I guess).

Question... better to keep stock muffler or install that custom system for beter HP? Or neither???????? and get a new bigger diameter pipe made?

Sled is my rotrex c30-94 blower apex. (with rx1 efi engine) around 28-30 psi boost

Will re-install the stock muffler for the moment as it appears to be bigger diameter.

And we'l' see if she hits some great numbers on dyno like that. if yes the stock muffler will stays right there.
