Just wondering if anyone has had experience with knapps Yamaha service in Prescott Ontario? I am thinking of taking my rx1 there to have some work done. I bought a viper from there back in 03' but have never dealt with the service end. I did a google search and found a few bad reviews about service. Anyone recommend them or not?

Ron is a good guy to deal with and there tech seems to know what he is doing (if it's still the same guy) Country atmosphere and service always seems more personal than city dealers. Bought my 2006Apex there and only had one issue dealt with by them, great service at that time but do all my own service most often. I would definately buy there again. Good Luck!

I've bought 2 ATV's and a sled from him. Never had an issue.
I'm 2hrs away from him, so he never serviced my stuff, but my cousin has had all of his Yammy Powersports serviced there.

Good to hear. I had a great experience with him when I bought my 02 viper there. My step father was so impressed he bought an 02 srx from him the next week. Hopefully the service is good too b/c the local Yamaha dealers around here are a joke on service.
