Yes that must have been what happened. I just picked up a used one and now I am not so sure about doing this mod.

On yours, is the center hollow, the one i recieved looks different than all the others i have seen.
I actually have a rubber webb through the center that looks like it provides some extra support.
I would be shipping yours back to easyride and pressuring them to replace it. It should not fail.
Then atleast you can sell it if you dont trust it.

I finally got mine installed this past friday.
To be totally honest, i can not tell any difference at all.
I was only able to put about 160 miles on it, but it felt the exact same as the last time i rode it.
I never really got to hit any big bumps either though.
Mine is a 129. Maybe they do more on a longer track?

Spoke to Eric today he said they only seen failures when installed wrong. I also have a 129 so I went with the zr on there web site set up. They list xtc and mtx which mine is neither see what happens, I did not notice any difference also but when I launched it just spun

I had one installed on a 15 xtxle didn't really notice much I also had the setup that iceage made which made it kind of like t motion for doo.

I'm now getting pissed because these fools did not include directions with mine. I got a friggin can coozie, but no install directions. Wtf. I had to go search out the directions to insure it was installed correctly.

I dont have pics of mine, at the time, there was no reason to take pics, now i know better, lol
Not sure when i will be back up to ride again.
My mom has some health issues we are dealing with so riding this year is limited for me.
When i do get up there i will get some pics.

Well after seeing this and how they are taking care of the defect, I am getting rid of the one I have. At this point I am not going to be stranded without having them take care of their product.

I just went back and looked at your pics.
It looks loke you removed the brace across the rear where it would contact and stop the transfer.
Wonder if thats what they mean by wrong?

Have no idea it just failed i did not call i emailed them, no reply.
I purchased it used but new never installed i will let him deal with it.

How did it perform before it broke? Did your sled transfer better?

I found that it would not hook up stock set up would transfer better other than that no difference.

I have not been up to ride, but i was able to get a buddy to take a picture of mine.
Look at the hole. See the rubber web in the center. Ive never seen that on any others.
