Fault Code 81

I know there is a lot of post already on this topic but none of the pictures will load for me so if you have pictures please e-mail.

Light flashed, error code came on and then I shut the machine off will not start back up.

No fuel pump cycle when key is turned on,
When key is turned to start the high beam light comes on
Thumb warmer button works(can change level on display) Bar warmer does not

Grip heaters themselves are not shorted

I have read about the melted wires but am not sure where to start looking.

If the sled is outside in extreme cold, check the relays. One or more could be frozen. This is especially true for the fuel pump not priming. Load control relay could be causing the other gremlins.

Is there a fix for the relay's?

Yes Simply replace them with new updated solid state relays. They're red. PN. 8GN-81950-00-00
