After riding the phazer this weekend it feels like the Torsion springs are sacked out. I have everything cranked up to full hard and I can still bottom the suspsension pretty easy if I want to. I had the shocks revalved and rebuilt by Pioneer over the summer so I don't think the shocks are the problems. I just feel like I am not getting the needed and preload and ride height from the springs I have on there now.

Any thoughts or opinions on what I should do or look at?
The sled is in the dealer now after hitting a rock, not much damage occured. So it will be about 2 weeks till I get it back. If you are interested in a more in depth ride then check this out.

You sure something isnt broke like the link?If not a good suspension its the shocks that prevent bottoming. At least the big hits.

Redphaze had a similar issue end of last season. He thought it was the torsion springs so bought a new pair that where stiffer but didn't solve the problem. We took the skid apart and all of the grease was gone or dried up. Greased it back up, put new bushings in it, and low and behold the suspension worked like new again. I think he had about 2K miles on it when it started getting the sacked out feeling. Amazing what a little binding will do at any point in these skids relative to the entire skid/suspension working properly. I have an Attak and now I hit the zerks every couple of rides to be safe.

Now that you say that, the grease maybe the problem. Early season I greased it and one of the zerks did not accept grease. I tried gooping the sides of it and nothing worked, I probably wasted 3/4 a tube of grease on it and finally it looked like a bit of grease coming out from the joints so I called it good and figured it had some grease. Even though it probably doesn't.

Thanks for the answers.

Hopefully you find that it is. My freinds rig sat low/it wouldn't return if you compressed the suspesnion or at least wouldn't return to where it should, not even close. Also it felt like it was just pushing through its travel and bottoming out. You may want to take the skid apart and inspect the shafts that run through the linkages and the bushings. The skid comes out real easy... Good Luck.
