first night was in gogama, then timmins, cochrane for 2 days,we did the canyon and we went to iroquois falls and back, then we shifted in quebec for the weekend, cochrane to lasarre is one heck of a trail also, and old railbed that stretches 80 km,but it was so cold and the lack of curves in the trail made for chilli riding, we were stopping every 20km to try and warm up,we enjoyed different trails on the quebec side, but the trails are narrow compared to ontario, with more twisties, what loop did you do in klMuskoka Man said:looks like you had a great ride Pat , how did you like the canyon ? we were in Kirkland Lk last week , What loop did you do ?

hey, listen. have had a few hernia surgeries. getting older, the last one I had, took the percs and went right back to work, feeling great. ended up having a huge hemotoma that burst and left an oozing hole in my gut for months. Thought I was dieing. I've never listened to the doctor, but really wish I had taken it easy. now I have a scared indent in my gut
