I don't have any pics online yet, but I finally finished piecing together my sled after quite a bit of work this summer.

Yesterday I had my first ride of the season, and the sled was fantastic with only a few minor adjustments needed.

I think I must have removed more than 100lbs of weight, with the sled sitting on concrete I can pull it onto it's side with one hand...and with the new rollover valve I can easily lean it over to make track adjustements without all the oil puking out.

Here's the list of things i've done to it:

-Mountain Tamer Skid
-8" Billet Wheels
-Barkbuster front end
-MT9 Skis
-Custom 7075 Aluminum A-Arm shafts
-Custom Aluminum Shock Bushings
-Custom Oilite A-Arm bushings
-Skinz seat
-Mountain Mod hood
-Trail Tech HID lighting
-RS3 Pipe under tunnel
-Avid Drivers
-162" Challenger Extreme
-YTX9 battery and relocation
-OFT Rollover Valve
-OFT Steering Bushings
-Custom Bumper
-Custom Rack
-8" Muffinworks Riser & Pivot
-RSI Throttle Cable
-Removed Parking Brake
-19T upper

I think the only things left are a tunnel swap and some boost!

The biggest change has to be going from the Maverick with half the paddles missing to the Challenger Extreme with the 19t gear, it pulls so much harder than I would have ever imagined, especially going uphill.

Apparently it can't fix everything though, I still managed to get the sled stuck in a creek and then in some mud, I love the early season riding!

Hey mudd post some picts sounds BADAZZ! Keep me updated with the Trail tech lights I cant seem to get mine to last very long. They cant have more then 14.5V and I think at times the sled is putting out that or a little more.

Sounds awesome. Those are most of the mods i want to do to mine!
