Once I have it started it idles fine for about 5 mins and then i have to keep aplying the choke to keep it going, if i use throttle it will die on me..but after that 5 mins my reverse light starts to blink in 1 sec intervuls and doesnt stop until i shut it off and resart and then the same thing all over again
Its a 2007 Kodiak 350

See page 4-2 of the owners manual.
My light will flash when the choke is on making the idle high for a few minutes.
Nothing to worry about.

i should of added that it will not idle without the choke being on..
does anyone happen to know how many turns is suposed to be on the idle screw on the carb..
also..this has never happened before and ive had it for 2 years now.
id like to fix it myself if i can before having to bring it to the dealer

My reverse light blinks all the time now. Speedo also does not work. I read that it is the speed sensor but can't find where it is or the part number.
Any help?

Ended up being the speedo cable. Problem solved, only $6.25 for the cable.
