I have a new 06 RTX and was wondering if the investment for a 12mm stabilizer bar was worth the $100 (approx) ?? I'm concerned about flat cornering and inside ski lift. Any input from those who have experienced both the stock 11mm and the 12 is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Im adding a 13mm this season...however,the biggest factor for me for flat cornering was LOWERING my fox floats, down to where the A arms are slightly LOWER then horizontal.....I ride GROOMED trails,so I have no probs running mine low...the lower center of gravity makes a huge difference, even with my transfer rod set loose,it stays flat....

not quite as low as my radaring pic in avatar...but lower then most run theres....

Ill post more on my findings with the 13mm bar this winter..hoping it is even flatter!

From what ive read and seen.. the Fox floats handle the best at 50-55lbs (measured with suspension hanging)

The 13mm bar is Night and Day in the handling department.. (atleast on sleds that dont have the fox floats)

I was one of the first people to use a 13mm bar on a Rx-warrior.. and everyone agrees it was the best bang for the buck to make the Rx handle better..

The Rxwarrior and 05 Rx-1 and Apex and attack all have a 11mm bars stock.. 12mm bar would be just barely noticable.. 13mm bar is extremely noticable but with a rougher ride..
