As soon as mine arrives, hoping in the next week I will dive right into it. Just picked up a 600lb hanging scale
all ready have new skis, wrp seat, ballistic battery, ported head and maybe a stroker kit (might go in nytro), evo shocks, 1.75 back country track.... on order 3 wheel kit (OFT !!), racewerx front bumper, skid plates, exit skid shocks.

Have you had any starting issues with the Lithium batteries in cold temps? Most mfg's of those types of batteries don't recommend them on temps below freezing from what I have read.

I have nothing but great things to say about the ballistic battery, My nytro lives in a tent that is not heated and I have started it in temps any were from -5 to -30 for the last two years. The colder it gets the more I have to cycle the battery to crank it over but it has not once left me high and dry or stopped and cold. I do carry a ytx20 in my truck with a set of cables just in case. Knock on wood I have never used it. This is a must for my viper.

By "cycle" do you mean turning the key on and off a few times to energize the battery?

I was thinking the same time frame as I talked to my dealer and they advised Yamaha is not returning their calls for delivery dates lol

I was at the Toronto show and there was a blue LTX SE production model, just arrived Friday morning was told more would be shipped this week all spring ordered sleds will be shipped first.

What my dealer did tell me was that Yamaha was willing to pick up the difference in price between an advanced trail pass versus one purchased after nov. 1st.
