Here are a few pic of what I got and how far along my sled is.

The fish eye look is because of my GoPro camera.

Update

So far I've installed the tunnel protectors, inter-coolers, oil return pump, and clutching. I also just finished installing my new Avid drivers and putting my chain-case back together. I got the cover and reverse fork installed on the first try(got lucky on that one) . I'm also working on polishing up the tunnel by hand.

I'm trying to get it back together by monday, even though we only have 1-2 inches of snow and aren't expecting any for a week. :o|

"I'm also working on polishing up the tunnel by hand"

i been on a couple week delay for my turbo kit, my tunnel is polished , wet sanded with 400 / 1000 / 1500 / 2000 , then polished with mothers ball, 15 working on it hours later just about like chrome

fxnytroxtx, The new sprocket is one tooth bigger, and new chain with one more link.

westbaycustoms, I've just been polishing by hand with busch aluminum polish and so far with just one coat it looks pretty good. Just takes some time.

Update

Well I got every thing mounted and test fire it. All went well and it ran smoothly.

Here is how I routed the oil lines.

Cutting the pipe wasn't bad but it took some time to line up the exhaust and turbo mount.
The two bolts toward the vary back took about 10 minutes each. They were tough to line up and could only turn them 1/8 turn at a time.

After the intake was on I connected the fuel controller and gauges gave her go. Sounds deeper and just a little louder. Now I am losing even more of my patients to ride. But first I need to get it all back together and looking purdy. And we some .... oh whats that white stuff that we haven't seen for a year .....oh yea :letsnow: :letsnow: :letsnow:
