Just wondering if anyone has removed their clicker cartridge and drilled out the #3 setting to get oil flow thru it so it's not "locked" out. (hard)
Looking at a shock rebuild so like to do it when apart.

@cannondale27 might know about that.
I did. Even Dynoed the mod. Is a write up here somewhere. Others have epoxied the mid hole and revalved and drilled all 3 to stiffen 1 and get 2 Same and 3 softer. Even though 3 is extremely stiff it is not locked out. It moves in the big ones at speed.Just wondering if anyone has removed their clicker cartridge and drilled out the #3 setting to get oil flow thru it so it's not "locked" out. (hard)

I had mine done by Accelerated Technologies, all 3 settings. Cannondale serviced them this off season, he sent me pics of the difference using a stock cartridge and mine and it's major the difference. I can tell you this it was eye opening last season the difference in all 3 settings. Prior I used #2 mainly, now #1 is more like stock #2 with position #2 firmer and #3 firmer but more importantly usable compared to stock #3.

QS3/QS3r/IQS Third position closer to #2 Mod
Who is interested? I will not valve any of these shocks softer since I believe #1 is borderline dangerously soft already. But I know many will never use #3 since it is hardcore stiff. Please take this poll so I can guage need and interest. Thank You! Based on interest I will have the part I mod...
