Once the piston rings seal, approx. 15 minutes after first started, the power output does not increase.
Trust me, they have checked this...

Modern sportsbike engines are built to unbelievable narrow tolerances. Because of this, long break in procedures rarely improve the power output. Once the piston rings seal and the piston ring blow by stops (after approximately 15 minutes of running), these engines produce more or less full power for the next couple of hundred thousand miles...Modern Superbike, Supersport and Superstock engines (based on these production engines) are run 15-30 minutes in the dyno, then they are considered to be broken in and race ready...
