Just got back Saturday. After the snow they got last week, conditions are 10/10 . Everywhere in that area is great. Be sure to to the 2 trails 597 and I beleive the other is 587 . Once in Murdochville, make your way back through the Chic Chocs. Towards La Cache and then threw to St-Paulin, hell of a run. Fast, twitsy and FUN !!! You will love it out there. Keep an eye out for Moose late afternoons.

I got back a few weeks ago. We got caught it the big snow storm.
Go to the TY Rides Section, then click on TY Mileage-Hondo. You can read, and see photo's of our trip.
170plus recently got back from Gaspe as well.
There should still be plenty of snow in the region.
Hope this helps!

Where did you park your truck and trailer?

I parked my truck in my garage.
I live 14 miles from the Canada border. There are several cross border access points available.
I would trailer as far North as you could in the States, and then leave your rig in the States.
For example: I know of a TY Member that lives in Southern Maine, who trailered to Eagle Lake, Maine, and then crossed into Quebec. When he got back to his rig, it was where he left it.
In my opinion, it's a safer course of action.
However, If you do need to trailer into Canada, the Matane, Quality Inn, I believe provides 24 hour security for sleds, and rigs. We stayed there overnight, and there were a bunch of trucks, and trailers in their parking lot.
Hope this helps!
