Just another quick question as I'm finalizing my MPI Order... I'm assuming the GEMS controller is standard in the trail kit. I see that the Power Commander is an option for our Vipers.
1) Does this replace the GEMS controller?
2) Does the Power Commander effect the warranty?
3) Are there any accessories like boost controller, gauge, etc for the GEMS like there is for the Power commander? (My biggest reason for wanting a power commander)

1. Yes
2. Don't Know but it shouldn't.
3. No.
I have a OSP turbo with PCV. Autotune, and Ignition module and wouldnt trade it for anything. Better fine tuning and like you said if you also have the POD-300 you can read and record what the engine is doing. its a great setup.

How much horse are you pushing. I'm guessing more than my meager ~5lbs, 180hp...

Are you running an inter-cooler? Just wondering how far you can push the trail kit safely... Are you using the PC to control boost? I'm guessing you don't have an ABC....

Right on the limit on injectors. Waste gate controls boost but I get readout from pcv for boost #'s. Pcv also controls fuel by amount of boost. Autotune gives afr reading also. Pcv can read injector duty cycle also. No ABC. Timing adjustments made via ignition module.
