recently been getting covered with snow from the back of the sled in any condition really.
My jacket/ helmet, rear of seat, tail light area.
Wife almost ran into me not being able to see the brake light, don't need that happening.
Seen someone here had used a Viper snow flap sorta effectively, wondering if it was a '14 or what?
I gotta try something....

Did you do the tunnel block off. It's all coming from the hole behind your seat.

I have an enclosed tunnel plate covering the exhaust.
Longer flap will definitely help. I had a really bad issue with snow on my back with a cut down stock flap. Put a long skins flap on there and it is much better now.

Does your snow flap hang straight down or close to it??? Try bending it out a bit, I think you get a wind swirling effect like in the bed of a pick up. With the flap bent out slightly I feel it lets that turbulent air escape..

Tony, it's sticking out there some but think it's just short.
MnBlizzard, we've been grooming almost nightly for 2 weeks now- the 1'+ recently has helped a lot. Need more!

I put a 2014 Viper snow flap on my 08 RTX, I've noticed a big difference...no snow on my back. I do still get some snow on the tail light but I got into the habit of wiping it off every time I stop. Here's a pic, and keep in mind I have the GYTR bumper for clearance. The flap also required trimming and new holes drilled to mount it.

Thanks Shadow,
How is it being so rigid when backing up, doesn't crease in or ??
I have a Skinz, plenty of room also.

No issues so far , it seems pretty rigid but flexs fine when I pull it of my truck ramp and hasn't cracked or anything. So far so good. When I back up it also stays rigid and doesn't go up into the track.

whats the width and height on this one?
EDIT
found it.
It is 15 1/4 inch wide at the very top where it rivets on. Then, about three inches down, it widens to 18". It is about 21" long from top to bottom
