None, looking now!
I'm stretching my 121 incher to 136. When I do this, will I have to relocate my upper 2 wheels that the track rides on? What gearing should I have and what drivers? Keep in mind, I will be at 260hp with turbo.

I'm getting my sled ready for the turbo later this year, I've got the 8" wheels comming should look pretty cool. I got the flame wheels. Should look great on my RTX. I thought there was a guy on here that did his RTX also, but I can't find the thread. Would like to see the pics of it so I can have a visual.

ya that was me who stretched out the RTX. There is another guy on here who has done it as well. I used an actual 136" monoshock as opposed to stretching my stock rails and yes it does add an extra set of upper wheels. If you go with a rail extension kit I'm not sure how or if the company's address that issue.

I have not decided on drivers yet but a lot of the whos who in the turbo world say ski-doo extroverts are the best driver for a turbo sled. I'm going to do a little research before I make a decison though.

Yeah, I hope the upper two wheels aren't an issue. The angle coming back up into the tunnel from the top of the rear wheels will be tight if I leave the stock ones where they are at. I'm not sure if this is an issue or not.

You cannot lenghten the 121 Mono to 136. There are some guys going to 128 but that's about all you can go.

Dirk,
I have never heard that before. I have rail extensions coming from rich for my sled. What makes it imposable to stretch a 121 mono?

Its because the rail extensions flatten out the return angle. When the suspension compresses, it will cause the track to tighten up like a banjo string and will prevent the suspension from reaching full stroke. This will ultimately cause significant damage to suspension and track.

Okay, heck with it. Will an expert X with 136 ext. work well for cornering, off the line etc. Or should I go with an M-10? Keep in mind I'll be boosted at 12lbs.

I wonder why people sell extensions for the 121 mono if it will cause damage.
