I filled up at 98 miles and took 6.8 gallons which is just over 14 mpg. This was mostly groomed trail running at a good pace but not real hard. I had one bar left and was surprised that it took that much fuel with one bar showing. I have 450 miles on the sled.

My results are almost exactly the same including total miles on the sled.
I have been getting 12.5 with mine, 136x1.5 track running pretty hard.

I was empty at 90 miles of very aggressive trail riding. Done; finito;no more; stick a fork in it empty!!!

Yeah Turk,
Probably 360 1/4 mile runs of clutch tuning or racing made up that 90 miles.

I only got 85 miles on my first tank of gas and it was damn near bone dry. My second tank I rode 86 miles and have 3 bars on my gauge. I'm thinking this gets better with time. Either way its alot more pleasent to fill a 7 gallon tank as oppose to filling my mamoth Firecat's tank.

My 1st tank was 15.2 MPG and my 2nd tank was 16 MPG, we also have my Phazer do 74 miles on 3 gallons, ... that was crazy...LOL
This was all groomed flat and fast trails... I dont think we even had a small bump in the trail.

Even though these motors are EFI, they are a relatively simple setup to say the least, and different temperature and weather condiditons will effect them more than the EFI's in your regular vehicles. Probably won't make enough difference to notice a large performance difference, but fuel consumption, yes. Also take into consideration minute things like rider position (height & wind resistance), total weight, track tension etc., etc., etc...
1st 100mls poor mileage , checked 3rd time out 30 mls 2 gallon , next time out 16 mls per gallon 270 total mls hope it keeps improving
