I like this location because it has great visibility and a strong mount plus i can move it to the other sled. I used 2 stainless screws to attach it with fuel sealall on the center screw so it can't leak.

Hey Larry! I like your Idea! What did you use as the mount. Was it something your made or did it come with your Garmin? Also, that looks like an Apex GT. Is it?

I used a Garmin handlebar mount from Walmart,20 bucks I think. You need to cut the anchor nut part off. Very easy to install, 10 minutes.
And yes , it's a GT!!!!!!!!

Oh wow thats cool! I have the Garmin Quest 2 and I'm not sure what is available for mounts. Maybe I will look at Ram Mounts. I think I will also check with Wally World and see what they might have available.
BTW I come up to North Bay just about every year around February. I like the Yamaha dealer there. I usually stay at the Clairion Resort that is right next to the Yamaha dealer. Thanks for the help!
