GPS mounts? what works?

foe some extra insurance you might try a mount system from www.touratech.com not cheap but i love mine for my garmin zumo

Ram for me as well. Cig lighter power cord soldered direct to battery(inline fuse) with power cord coming up thru the bar pad.

Another vote for RAM with Garmin 60CSX. Have rolled the sled and broken the GPS unit- but not the RAM mount RAM mounts are tough and Garmin stands behind their products.

Me too. I've broken the GPS but not the Ram-mount.
I told Garmin all about how I broke it and they weren't interested. They just said "send it in so they can get it fixed."

Love my RAM mount, use the same one on my sled and quad...no way will your GPS come out.
