Well guys most of my grizzly is back togather
Did a quick jet check and ride...that thing has some major balls...WOW. Pull a wheely with very little effort with 26"ITP mud lites...
Still waiting on my machined clutches to fine tune the clutch work....my stock grizz at the rear wheel made 26 hp and I will post dyno results on the new big bore with porting and high compression piston...
check back for more info.....

Damn guys does this Grizz rock
We increased 6 mph with having the clutches machines and sec spring spacer. Running on the Chasis Dyno we gained 8 HP over stock at the rear wheels running 26" ITP mud lite tires.
This machine will lift the front end up just nailing the gas....fun.
Work done to Grizz:
Heading Porting by Rossier
JE piston 11:1, 686cc
Rapter Cam and Valve Springs
HMF Quite Pipe or stock can work ok if drilled out.
2 TPI slidder valves in air box lid
jetted to comliment the work done....pure awesome.
More results and info coming soon

Did some more tuning on the Grizz Big bore...I made a mistake in my post above, this is a 686 big bore and with my 26" mudlites I raced a stock grizz and from the hole shot the machines leave pretty even, but it takes about 50ft or less and the big bore pulls by 10 machines and in 1/8 mile it is 20 machines ahead....
Work really well with the big tires...I have to take the time to put the stock tires on and give out some results.... I will try and post the dyno sheet later this week.
