i sent my front and rear suspension to them about 1 1/2 -2 weeks ago and havent got any response to a couple phone calls for a update...should i be worried?

Not at all. It is November and I am sure they are SWAMPED with people sending stuff in to get done before the season starts. that is why they were reccommending sending them in early to avoid the rush.

They are reputable, done ALOT of business on TY, a site sponsor, and I would not worry, whatsoever.
