The parts will add up and I may be able to get a little better price than the local Doo guy, but here goes:

The parts are from a 2003 MXZX 440 found under the windshield and control section of their catalog.

I used the RSI mounts. They are strong but not really a great fit on bars with a rise - and the handgaurds are a bit too small. Once the riser monkey is fed I can look into doing something for this too.

BTW We've started building risers.

Cool stuff, I' love to see you interpretation of hand guard mounts. Hoping your interest is peaked and have some time soon to draw up something.

Sorry for the highjack... but those are looking nice. When do you think you will have one to see?

We're making parts and developing processes at the same time, so by late next week (10/8) we should have some units to show. After this run the pace will pick up.

Yup ugly is right but the mounting system looks strong.
