Handguards on Apex MTX with LH Throttle

I bought a set of RSI handguards with the flexible mounts. Now that I have them home I'm not sure of the best way to install them. I am pretty sure they would need to go inboard of the throttle (RH) or I would have inteference with the flipper. On the LH I have my Goldfinger installed outboard of the brake, so no room there. It seems if I go inboard on both sides, the handguards won't be of much use since they only cover part of the grips.

Does anyone have any advice or better yet pics of an install on an Apex MTX?

I had the same problem, and still dont have hand guards, couldnt figure out how to get some on there, I did see some pics of the SKINZ soft ones that work though. I cant remember what ones I tried.

I agree with whitee. Tried the RSI gaurds but they no workee. The Skinz gaurds in the Yamaha accessory catalog work great and I can take them off in a flash if my day turns into a romp through the trees.
