I can get an almost new hauck exhaust for $125. Is it worth it, whats the pros, cons? I havent heard a lot about them are they new or bad?

The H word won't get much of a positive response around these parts. Some really like the sound, but the quality is known to not be the "greatest"

I dont think i would use it more than 2 seasons. What happens do the crack or lose their packing?

I had one for part of a season. I liked it. It isn't quiet, about the same as most aftermarket cans.

At the start of this video there is a start up and rev up with the Hauck so you can hear it.....

How much lighter is it and ways the hp gain?

It's a good chunk lighter, maybe 4 or 5 lbs but I don't think you'll see any HP gains. You'll need to run a block off plate with it, ice builds up around it pretty good.

I just bought an 08 Nytro it had the hauck tip on it and came with the header I had the header and fuel controller installed and it sounds great. Hauck claims 10 hp but who knows how true that is.

i had one on my sled and I really didn't notice anything over stock , expect the sound and having to deal with the cops all the time....i got two noise violation tickets and i had the silencer in it.....I was looking at just getting a header now.....
