I have an 09 apex and my heated thumb warmer is not working. There is no fuse in the fuse diagram so I don’t know what it could be. Any ideas would be great

well you need a multi meter with a good battery 1st. then you trace the wires from throttle down to the connector and un plug it. then you ohm test/resistance across the pins in the connector that lead to the throttle.
