Hi guys, just going through Nypex and was wanting to see what everyone was doing for header wrap. I have a short tube header like Impulse ones and I had it ceramic coated at Top Gun Coatings in Calgary and it is all coming off. Had good luck with them on my 2 stroke pipes but header heat too much. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciatted. Here is a picture of my system. Shad

Header wraps hold moisture which is a big problem for rust.

Not when coted before wrapping it up
On our sleds we have thrown away all aluminum shielding, we use header wrap materials only to keep heat away from fuel tank etc... work wonders and a lot better than what standard kits comes with.
Dave tell me more about the Titanium wrapping... price and so on.

We use alot of their products in our shop, and carry quite a few in the store. We've always had great luck with it.
If there's anything you think you'd want let me know, I can check availability and quote you a price with shipping if you give me your address. the List prices are whats on their web site, for quite a bit of it, I can probably do a bit better. We do ship worldwide too.
