My headlight stopped working so I checked the 20amp fuse and sure enough it was blown. I replaced it, started it and it still didn't work. Checked the fuse and it was blown again. So...3 fuses later there it still keeps blowing them. Any ideas where to look? Thanks

I'd check your regulator, but if the handwarmers don't burn like hell, then it is probably not the regulator.
It could be a short on the wire harness touching the body somewhere.

Thanks Eskimo-- the thumbwarmers on High get so hot I finally unplugged them. But this has been the case for quite awhile and the light worked fine. It's just all of a sudden started happening. By the way can you adjust the regulator? Thanks again

Are they the stock bulbs, or have you put new ones in since you bought the sled?

It is not the regulator. That wouldn't blow the fuse.
Something wrong in the headlite tail lite circuit. Pull bulbs and check them out. Headlite dimmer switch could be faulty too. Go one at a time and go thru the wiring. Bet you find the wire worn thru and touching metal somewhere.
