I like to install on/off headlight switch..which wires should I use?

Look for the blue wire with a white stripe through it. This controls the head light power in the main harness.

Sorry I forgot to mention that I have a 08' Vector LTX. Thank you Srxspec for the info. That would still work on 4 strokes?

Yes, that is the headlight wire on all 4-stroke Yamaha sleds.
