headlights in the trees at higher speeds

Would turning the bulb help I wonder. If one could cut the slots or tabs which hold the bulb where it is now so one could move it 30 degrees wonder if it would help or not.

Interesting idea. I don't know what that would do.

the problem is the metal bracket that the tabs lock onto,it flexes cause it is made so light, ive heard of guys not getting the tabs in too but its the wimpy bracket causing the problem, but i'll fix it so it wont flex, problem will be solved

Both of my sleds are Rx-1's and dont find them that bad. Someone with an Apex or new Attak would have to check it out and see if it helps may be just what the doctor ordered.

Its not the Headlight flexing!

First off any apex with a mono shock skid has alot more weight transfer to the suspension than the 03 and 04 Rx-1s

Second.. the headlight pod is designed wrong.. Low beam is too low and high beam is too high..

There is NO fix for it... SImply set the high beam for a usuable distance and never put them on low..

We have been threw this alot last year..

P.S... The rx-1 headlight is probobly the brightest widest headlight in the industry..

My buddys could see me behind them when they were leading.. and See everything on the sides too..

THEY WERE AWSOME

So you dont think spinning the light bulb itself would help? The low and the high are built into the bulb so turning it a bit may help.

putting something under one of the bulbs on the bottom does help. it puts the high even higher, thats why you only do one. it does help though!
