If you're running a set of adjustable flyweights and it's working well with 3 washers a side (6) on the heal with no tip weight at all. How would it effect the RPMs with 2 washers a side (4) on the heal and 1 a side (2) on the tip? Is it overall weight or is it area of the arm? The easiest way it was explained to me was having a rick tied to the end of a rope, the more rope you let out, the heavier the rock feels.
There is a ton of variables in the mix:
The design of the primary weight including shift profile & mass placement before any additional weight is added
The secondary helix angle being used.

What he means is this;
tip = high speed,
inside = low speed.
tip = high speed,
inside = low speed.
