Heat shield viper/winder

Its the second one that broke like this.. :-/
Pretty expensive and no stock anywhere . I had a viper heat shield in stock.... I have make it fit to go back on the trails fast. The stock heat shield that break is dangerous for fire in my opinion....
It is now double shield in the bottom and more solid at the outlet . I have also put thermic blanket between them to eliminate any rattle.

Any ideas for modified heat shield are welcome

By looking at the pictures, I would say that heat shield will not fit over a header.

I used this modded Viper heat shield and it holds up great! More than 10,000kms on mine now. The original shields dont last half that mileage.

Try eBay. I've seen some used ones lately.
I got a brand new one for 20 bucks on eBay!
