Found a chewed up speed sensor, replaced. Now no noise from fuel pump. still ER-1 CODE

Check to be sure that wiring is OK. Our 07 Phazer had that with a chaffed speed sensor wire that would short on the secondary clutch and gave the ER-1 code. Quite possibly the ECU got damaged from the short. Looks like ours got damaged as it randomly shuts off.

It could be the TPS as well..take the relays out of the sled, in the house and warm them up to be sure that one of them is not stuck... unless you have a solid state relay to change the fuel pump relay.

Check all your wiring to your speed sensor. My apex was shorting out on the speed sensor wiring last year and would give me the ER-1 with no fuel pump.

Waiting on Fuel pump relay. I think the ECU is fried.

maybe just start changing relays... or bring them inside and warm them up.

I think your ECU is the problem .Try a friends ECU it only takes a couple of minutes to change a new one sells for $831.00 here in Canada.

Check your grounds. We had a similar issue and it may have been the ground wire at the battery that was disconnected.
