I have a 2006 grizz, it all started when i sunk my grizz in a whole and sucked alot of mud and water in the trans exhaust snorkel and filled up the belt housing. The clutch started slipping and i had the limp the bike back to the truck. I took the bike home and immediately tore it down to rebuild the primary and clean the housing out. It was completly filled up with mud. So i tore it all the way down and cleaned and regreased everything and installed a clutch kit while i had it torn down this far. The problem is when i am creeping along the trails now barely on the gas the bike has a rattling sound coming from the trans. If i give it more gas it goes away if i let off the gas it goes away. It almost sounds like valves that are adjusted way to loose. So i brought the bike back to the house and pulled the cover off one more time to make sure that everything i could get to was tight, which it was, and everthing looked fine that i could tell. So please if anyone has any advice please let me know. And in advance thanks for any advice.
